How do I choose my size?
Every product page has a size guide with exact measurements in cm and inches, plus separate Regular and Oversize tabs. Regular is a unisex heavyweight cut; Oversize is a relaxed drop-shoulder cut, so if you want a closer fit, size down. Compare the measurements to a garment you already own for the best match.
How long does delivery take?
Allow about 2 to 5 business days for production, plus carrier transit time for your region. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships. Shipping options and rates for your country are shown at checkout.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship across Sweden, the EU, and the United States, with more regions being added. Available destinations, prices, and currency are shown automatically at checkout based on your location.
Can I return or exchange an order?
Yes. As a consumer in the EU you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal — you can change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order, no reason needed. We also replace anything that arrives faulty or incorrect. Keep items in resaleable condition until your return is confirmed; refunds include standard delivery. What are the pieces made of, and how do I care for them?
The Regular fit is a heavyweight 100% cotton (180 g/m²). The Oversize fit is a mid-weight 220 g/m² recycled-cotton blend in the EU, and a heavier 255 g/m² cotton in the US. Each product page lists the exact material and weight for that fit. Care is simple: cold wash, line dry.
How can I pay, and are prices tax-inclusive?
You can pay by card, Klarna, Apple Pay, or Amazon Pay — the options available for your region appear at checkout. Prices in Sweden and the EU are shown inclusive of VAT.
Can I browse and buy from my terminal or an AI agent?
Yes. Binary & Thread has a command-line tool and an agent (MCP) interface, so you can browse the catalogue and check out straight from your terminal or through an AI assistant. It uses the same secure checkout as the website.
