Orders & prices

Prices are shown in your region's currency and include applicable VAT. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you before charging if a correction affects your order.

Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your payment is authorised at checkout and captured when your order is confirmed.

Right of withdrawal & returns

You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase, wherever you live. See the Returns page for the full terms and the withdrawal form. A team gift bought by a company has its own rules, under “Team gift” below.

Team gift

A team gift lets a company give each person on a team a piece of their own choosing. The person who starts the team (the buyer) needs no account. The buyer shares one link, each colleague picks a design, colour and size and gives a first name, and the buyer pays once, at checkout, for what was picked.

• Who buys. A team order is a purchase by the company named when the team was started. By starting a team you confirm that you may order for that company.
• What can be picked. T-shirts from the designs in the store. Colleagues see no prices.
• Team discount. 10% off from the first piece, 15% from 11 pieces, 20% from 16 and 25% from 21. It counts the pieces at checkout, is applied automatically and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
• When picks close. On the date chosen when the team was started. In Sweden and the rest of the EU we recommend 20 November, and the last possible date is 24 November; in the United States it is 4 December. The buyer can move the date or close early from the private link, and can still add or remove pieces at checkout. Nothing is charged until the buyer pays.
• Delivery. Everything goes to one address, the office. A large order can arrive in more than one parcel. In Sweden and the rest of the EU, a team that closes by 24 November and pays soon after has its pieces by 18 December at the latest. Delivery costs the same as any order, see the Shipping page.
• Gift box. In Sweden, any team can choose the Binary & Thread gift box: we pack each piece by hand with the person's first name on it before the parcel goes on to the office. This adds a few days.
• Sizes, faults and returns, when a company buys. The 14-day right of withdrawal is a consumer right, so it does not cover a team gift bought by a company. Instead, if a size is wrong we exchange it once for another size: the buyer pays to send the piece back, as with any return, and we pay to send the new size. Anything that arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered is replaced or refunded as on the Returns page. Email support@binaryandthread.com within 30 days of delivery.
• Buying as a private person. If you start and pay for a team yourself, not for a company, you are a consumer and the 14-day right of withdrawal on the Returns page applies as usual.

Liability & governing law

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. These terms are governed by Swedish law, and mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply.
