How do I choose my size?
Every product page has a size guide with exact measurements in cm and inches. Every piece comes in one fit, a unisex heavyweight crewneck, so start from your usual size; between sizes, size down for a closer fit. Compare the measurements to a garment you already own for the best match.
How long does delivery take?
Allow about 2 to 5 business days for your order to ship, plus carrier transit time for your region. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships. Shipping options and rates for your country are shown at checkout.
Which countries do you ship to?
Shipping covers Sweden, the EU and the United States, with more regions being added. Available destinations, prices, and currency are shown automatically at checkout based on your location.
Can I return or exchange an order?
Yes. You can change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order, wherever you live, no reason needed. Send it back unworn and you get a full refund including standard delivery; you pay the postage to send it back. Anything that arrives faulty or incorrect is replaced, with nothing to send back. What are the pieces made of, and how do I care for them?
Every piece is heavyweight, garment-dyed 100% cotton (240 g/m²). The full specs are on each product page. Care: machine wash cold, inside out, do not tumble dry or iron the print, and line dry in shade.
How can I pay, and are prices tax-inclusive?
You can pay by card, Klarna, Apple Pay, or Amazon Pay — the options available for your region appear at checkout. Prices in Sweden and the EU are shown inclusive of VAT.
Can I browse and buy from my terminal or an AI agent?
Yes. Binary & Thread has a command-line tool and an agent (MCP) interface, so you can browse the catalogue and check out straight from your terminal or through an AI assistant. It uses the same secure checkout as the website.
