Returns & Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (ångerrätt). Customers outside the EU get the same 14 days. This page explains it and gives you the form to exercise it.
Your 14-day right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To meet the deadline it is enough to send your withdrawal before the 14 days are up. Use the form below and you get an automatic, timestamped confirmation.
Sending items back
Send the items back within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing, to:

You pay the cost of sending the items back. Use a service with tracking, and keep the receipt until your refund has arrived.
How refunds work
We refund the payment you made, including standard delivery, to the same payment method without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you told us. We may wait until the items have arrived, or until you have shown us that you sent them, whichever comes first.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
If something arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, you do not need to send it back. Email support@binaryandthread.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we will send a replacement or refund you in full, including delivery.
